Overview
This guide shows you how to access and export your downloaded contacts and companies using our redesigned Downloads page. You'll learn how to switch between Single and List downloads, apply filters, and export your data efficiently.
The Downloads Page
Access the page by clicking the Downloads icon in the left-hand menu (fourth icon from the top).
Your download history appears in a table sorted by date (oldest first by default).
Table Overview
Your downloads table includes these columns:
Type – How the contacts or companies were unlocked (e.g. Verification, Person API, Company to Domain API)
Name – Auto-generated (e.g. UpLead_Date_Time), editable via the pencil icon
Date – When the list was downloaded
Lead Count – Total leads in the downloadCredits – Credits consumed for that download
Actions – Send to CRM, download immediately, rename
Using the Action Buttons
Each list row includes three icons under the Actions column:
Send to CRM (Cloud icon):
Sends the list directly to your integrated CRM.
The page will temporarily lock while processing.
For CRM setup, see this article.
Download (Downward arrow icon):
Immediately triggers a CSV download of that specific list to your computer.
Rename (Pencil icon):
Allows you to edit the file name for easier identification and organization.
Switching Between Single and List Downloads
Use the new radio button at the top-left of the Downloads page to toggle between:
Single downloads – Only one contact per CSV
List downloads – Multi-contact lists
Single Downloads
What is a Single download?
Any download containing just one contact per CSV, even if renamed, will be treated as a Single download and exported and merged into contact or company files.
Filters available:
Date range – First date is start, second is end.
Type filter – Options include Unlock Email, Unlock Phone, Excel, Person API, Company to Domain API, Salesforce.
Combinations of filters are supported.
Export behavior:
If no filters are active → Export All button appears and exports all Single unlocks.
If filters are selected → Export button appears, exporting only filtered results.
You'll receive two merged CSVs, one contacts file and one companies file, bundled in a single archive.
Notifications workflow:
Press Export/Export All → export processing begins.
A confirmation notification appears.
When complete, a notification appears at the bell icon (top right), providing a download link.
Notes:
Renaming Single downloads does not prevent merging, they are not downloaded separately.
List Downloads
Accessing List downloads:
Click the radio button to switch to List downloads, showing list-based exports.
Filters available:
Date range – Same as Single downloads.
Type filter – Options include Verification, Enrichment, Excel, Prospector API, Prospector Pro API, Company API, Combined API, Salesforce.
Name search – Use the Filter by name box to search by list title.
Export behavior:
With no filters selected → Export All button exports all lists.
When filters are applied → Export button appears, exporting only filtered lists.
Unlike Single downloads, List data is not merged:
Each file retains its original name and data.
All selected files are placed into one archive for download.
Notifications workflow:
Same as Single downloads, export initiation followed by completion notification via the bell icon.
At‑a‑Glance Comparison
Feature | Single Downloads | List Downloads |
Data per file | One contact per CSV | Full multi-contact files |
Filtering options | Date range + Type | Date range + Type + Name |
Export button | Export All / Export (when filters applied) | Same |
File merging | Yes – merged into two files | No – original files preserved |
Filename retention | No – all Single files merged | Yes – list names retained |
Notification path | Initiation + bell icon on completion | Same |
Best Practices
Toggle between Single and List before filtering.
Want everything? Leave filters off → click Export All.
Need specific data? Apply filters → then click Export.
Watch for export notifications under the bell icon.
Renaming Single files is cosmetic only, they still merge.
