Navigate to the Opt-Out form.
Fill the required information like Full Name, contact email, either phone number, email or both
Select the Data Privacy Jurisdiction that you are a part of.
Select “Request Information” from the dropdown in the form.
Submit the request
Confirm the ownership of the data by following the instructions received in either the email, SMS or both and you will receive a detailed report of your personal data held by UpLead on the contact email inserted in the contact form on step 2.
