What Happens When You Close Your Account

When you close your UpLead account, the following will occur:

  • Immediate Loss of Access: You will immediately lose access to all of your unused credits, saved searches, uploaded files, and previously downloaded lists.

  • Permanent Deletion: Once your account is closed, it cannot be recovered, and all account-related data will be permanently deleted.

  • Billing: If you are on a subscription plan, you will no longer be billed after account closure, but be aware of any outstanding charges.


How to Close Your Account

Step 1: Navigate to Your Profile

  • Log into your UpLead account and navigate to your User Profile by clicking the profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the page.

Step 2: Access the Billing Section

  • Once you're in your profile, click on Billing to open the billing settings.

Step 3: Close Account Option

  • Scroll down to the Advanced Options section and click on Close Account.

Step 4: Confirm Account Closure

  • A confirmation popup will appear with the warning that closing your account will result in the loss of all your data and access. If you're sure about closing your account, click Next to proceed.

  • Once confirmed, your account will be closed, and all data associated with it will be permanently deleted.
