When you pause your UpLead account using the Hibernation Plan, you’ll keep all your data intact, including:

However, while your account is paused, you will not be able to search for or download new leads. You will only be able to re-download previously downloaded leads.
The pause will take effect after your current billing cycle, so you’ll retain full access to the platform until your renewal date.
How to Pause Your Account
Step 1: Login to Your Account
Start by logging into your UpLead account with your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Billing Page
Click on your User Profile Icon (located in the bottom-left corner of the page), and then select Billing.
Step 3: Access Advanced Options
At the bottom of the Billing page, click on Advanced Options and then click Cancel Subscription.
Step 4: Choose the Hibernation Plan
You will see a popup with the option to pause your account. Follow the prompts to confirm your selection and move to the Hibernation Plan.
Once you’ve confirmed, the pause will take effect after your current billing cycle, and you’ll retain access to the platform until the pause goes into effect at your next renewal date.
Reactivating Your Account
When you decide to reactivate your account, simply log in and follow the prompts. You’ll be charged according to the plan fee at the time of reactivation.
You can reactivate your account at any time by logging into your UpLead account and choosing to resume from the paused state.
