How to Access the Plans Page

To begin the downgrade process, follow these steps to access the Plans page:

  1. From the Billing Section

    • Go to the Profile menu at the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.

    • Click on Billing, then press the Change Plan button. This will redirect you to the Plans page.

  2. Direct Access

    • Alternatively, you can navigate directly to the Plans page via the sidebar or by clicking the Plans option under the Profile menu.

How to Select Your Downgrade Plan

Once you are on the Plans page, you’ll be able to see the downgrade options:

  1. Select the Downgrade Option

    • If you’re currently on a higher-tier plan, you will see the option to downgrade to a lower-tier plan.

    • Click the Downgrade button next to the plan you want to switch to.

  2. Review Features and Credits

    • Before confirming, review the features and credits included in the lower-tier plan to ensure it meets your needs. You can also compare the benefits of each plan to make an informed decision.

Scheduling Your Downgrade

Once you’ve selected your new plan, the system will automatically schedule the downgrade:

  1. Automatic Scheduling

    • The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you will continue to have access to all the features of your existing plan until that time.

  2. Remaining Credits

    • Any remaining credits from your current plan will roll over to your new plan based on its terms. You won’t lose any credits as a result of downgrading.

Important Note: If you’re unsure about any of the features included in your new plan or how credits will be allocated, take a moment to review the full breakdown before confirming the downgrade.
