How to Navigate to the Credit Purchase Page

To get started with purchasing additional credits, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the top-right corner of your UpLead dashboard, where your credit balance is displayed next to your profile picture.

  2. Click the “Buy More!” link next to the credit count.

  3. Choose a Credit Amount

  • Select from the predefined credit amounts: 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500, or 5000 credits.

  • If these options don’t suit your needs, you can set a custom amount.

  • Note: Credit prices vary depending on your subscription plan. Higher-tier plans get a better per-credit price.

  1. Initiate the Purchase

    • After selecting your amount, click the Buy [X number] of credits button.

    • A confirmation dialog will appear, summarizing your selection, including the number of credits and the total cost.

  2. Confirm Your Purchase

    • Review the details carefully.

    • To complete the transaction, click Yes, confirm.

    • The credits will be added to your account once the transaction is successful.

Limitations and Potential Issues

While purchasing additional credits is simple, be aware of the following limitations and issues that could arise:

  • There is a $2000 daily cap on credit purchases. If this limit is exceeded the purchase will fail and you will receive a notification and will be directed to contact UpLead Support for assistance.

  • If your credit card has insufficient funds the purchase will fail and a message will appear stating, “Your card has insufficient funds.”

  • If you don’t have a payment method linked to your account you’ll be prompted to attach a valid credit card before proceeding with the purchase.
