The Downloads Page
To access your previously downloaded lists:
Click the Downloads icon in the left-hand menu (fourth icon from the top).
This takes you directly to the Downloads page, where all your unlocked and verified lists are stored.
Overview of the Downloads Table
Once you’re on the Downloads page, you’ll see a table displaying your list history. Downloads are sorted by date in ascending order by default.
The table contains the following columns:
Column | Description |
Type | Indicates how the contacts or companies were unlocked (e.g., Verification, Person API, Company to Domain API). |
Name | The file name, automatically generated in the format |
Date | Shows when the list was downloaded. |
Lead Count | Displays how many leads the list includes. |
Credits | Number of credits consumed for unlocking this list. |
Actions | Provides three options: send to CRM, download, and rename. |
Using the Action Buttons
Each list row includes three icons under the Actions column:
Send to CRM (Cloud icon):
Sends the list directly to your integrated CRM.
The page will temporarily lock while processing.

Download (Downward arrow icon):
Immediately triggers a CSV download of that specific list to your computer.
Rename (Pencil icon):
Allows you to edit the file name for easier identification and organization.
Filtering Your Downloads
You can easily narrow down your download history using the filters above the table:
Filter by name: Searches within the “Name” column.
Start and End Date: Limits results to downloads within a specific timeframe.
Type Filter: Lets you filter by list type, based on the "Type" column.

Export All Functionality
The Export all button allows you to export all visible contacts and companies.
They will be merged into two separate CSV files, one for contacts and one for companies.
Note: At this time, exporting only works when there are no filters applied. Downloading selected lists is not yet supported while filters are applied, but is coming soon.
FAQs
Q: Can I re-download a list without using more credits?
A: Yes! Re-downloading previously unlocked lists does not consume additional credits.
Q: How do I rename a list?
A: Click the pencil icon next to the list name in the Actions column.
Q: Can I filter downloads by date and type?
A: Absolutely. Use the start and end date pickers, as well as the type dropdown, to refine your view.
Q: How do I send my list to a CRM?
A: Click the CRM (cloud) icon in the Actions column. Ensure you’ve configured your CRM integration first: CRM Setup Guide.
