How to Add a New Subuser
Step 1: Access the "Manage Users" Page
Log into your UpLead account and go to the "Manage Users" page. This is available to users with a Proff/Elite plan or a custom subscription based on those plans. Click on User Name and select the "Manage users" button. This will take you to the /account page where you can manage your users.
Step 2: Add a New Subuser
Click the "Add new user" button to begin adding your subuser.
Fill in the following fields:
Full Name: Enter the full name of the subuser (1-2 words, including a "-" symbol if needed).
Email: Enter a valid email address that’s not already registered in the system.
Step 3: Set Permissions and Access
You can assign permissions, such as admin access, depending on your subscription plan. Subuser permissions can be customized based on their role and the access required.
Once all fields are completed, click "Add user" to finalize the process. An email invitation will be sent to the subuser, allowing them to access your UpLead account.
What Happens After Adding a Subuser
Once you’ve successfully added the subuser, they will receive an invitation email with a link to join your account. The subuser will be able to log in to their UpLead account and perform actions based on the permissions assigned.
Pending Invitation: If the subuser doesn’t accept the invitation right away, their status will remain as "Pending" until they join.
Managing Permissions: You can modify subuser permissions at any time via the "Manage Users" page.
