How to Access Your Receipts

Step 1: Navigate to Your Profile

Log into your UpLead account. Click on your Profile Icon located at the bottom-left corner of the page to open the menu.

Step 2: Go to the Billing Section

In the menu, click on Billing to open your billing details and transaction history.


Viewing and Downloading Receipts

Step 1: Locate Your Billing History

  • Once in the Billing section, you will see your Billing History displayed with all recent transactions.

Step 2: View Transaction Details

  • Click on any transaction to view detailed information such as the plan, transaction date, and amount charged.

Step 3: Download Your Receipt

  • Next to each transaction, you’ll now see two clickable links:

    • Download Receipt

    • Download Invoice

    Clicking either link will download the corresponding PDF document directly to your device, which you can save or print for your financial records.

  • Best Practice Tip: Always download and save both receipts and invoices for tax purposes or internal accounting.

  • Common Mistake: ⚠️ Double-check transaction dates and amounts before downloading to ensure accuracy

Q: How do I view my billing history?

A: Go to your Profile, click Billing, and you will see a list of all your transactions under Billing History.

Q: Can I download multiple receipts or invoices at once?

A: No, each receipt or invoice must be downloaded individually via the respective link next to each transaction.
