This article explains how to view and download your receipts from the UpLead platform. You can access your receipts through the Billing section in your profile, allowing you to keep track of all your transactions.

How to Access Your Receipts

Step 1: Navigate to Your Profile

Log into your UpLead account. Click on your Profile Icon located at the bottom-left corner of the page to open the menu.

Step 2: Go to the Billing Section

In the menu, click on Billing to open your billing details and transaction history.


Viewing and Downloading Receipts

Step 1: Locate Your Billing History

  • Once in the Billing section, you will see your Billing History displayed with all recent transactions.

Step 2: View Transaction Details

  • Click on any transaction to view detailed information such as the plan, transaction date, and amount charged.

Step 3: Download Your Receipt

  • Next to each transaction, you’ll see a Download Receipt link. Click on this link to download your receipt for that transaction. The receipt will be available as a PDF file that you can save or print for your records.
