Another round of upgrades is live! Here's what's new:
Data Related Updates
Two new industry filters: Personal Protective Equipment & Pediatricians
We've added two new industry tags you can filter by directly in search: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Pediatricians.
That's 1.8M+ more contacts across 7,436 companies in Personal Protective Equipment, plus 5.1M+ contacts across 12,289 companies in Pediatricians — all now categorized and ready to target, so you can build more precise lists in these verticals.
New Features & Improvements
Lists & Uploads
See your upload limit at a glance
When you upload a list, UpLead now shows the maximum number of records allowed (up to 200,000) instead of a generic error.
No more guessing why an upload was rejected — you'll always know exactly how much room you have.
Integrations
Cleaner phone numbers for HubSpot exports
Contact exports now include a phone number in the international E.164 format (e.g. +15409151209), and it falls back to the company phone when a contact has no mobile.
That means fewer validation and matching errors when you push contacts into HubSpot and other CRMs.
Bug Fixes
Search & Filters
Lists now stick in search and exclusions
Fixed an issue where a selected list would disappear after you closed the modal, in both search and search exclusions. Your list selection now stays applied.
Company-name exclusions with short words
Fixed an issue where excluding a company whose name contains single-letter words (e.g. "A Sign Of Quality") would not work correctly in exact mode. Exclusions now behave as expected.
Accounts
Elite plans can add subusers again
Fixed an issue where users on Elite and some legacy plans were unable to add subusers. Adding teammates now works as expected.
Live contact counts across the app
Fixed an issue where the total contact count was hardcoded in a few places (welcome popup, trial activation modal, timeline). These now update dynamically to reflect the real total.
Data Accuracy
More accurate executive-level results
Fixed an issue where some company profiles returned an inflated number of C-level/CEO contacts. Management-level classification is now more accurate.
