In this article, you’ll find:
Step 1: Access the Password Reset Page
Go to the UpLead login page: https://app.uplead.com/login.
Click the “Reset Password” link below the login fields.
Step 2: Request a Password Reset Link
A window titled “Reset your password” will appear:
Enter the email address associated with your UpLead account in the input field labeled “Email”.
Click “Send Me a Link”.
A password reset email will be sent to your inbox.
To cancel, click “Cancel” and return to the login page.
Step 3: Use the Password Reset Email
Check your email for a message from UpLead titled “Reset Your Password”.
Open the email and click the reset link inside.
Important: Only the most recent reset link will work. Older links expire automatically.
Step 4: Create a New Password
After clicking the reset link, you’ll be redirected to a password update page.
Enter your new password in the “New Password” field.
Confirm the password in the “Confirm New Password” field.
Click “Save Changes”.
Post-Reset Notes
Login with New Password: Use your new password to log in to UpLead.
Old Password Invalid: Your previous password will no longer work.
Changing Your Email?
If you’ve updated your email address via your profile:
Use the new email to request future password resets.
Old emails linked to the account will no longer receive reset links.
Troubleshooting
No Reset Email?
Check your spam/junk folder.
Ensure you entered the correct email address.
Request a new link if needed.
Link Expired? Submit a new reset request from the login page.
